Elegant silk Nagoya obi - dark blue with a colorful flower arrangement

An eye-catching Nagoya obi. It's the most popular obi type - it's partially folded, allowing for easier tying. It is usually tied into a simple "taiko musubi" knot.

This one is made of smooth deep blue fabric, and is decorated with a graceful butterfly circling a colorful flower arrangement in a basket. Green, yellow, red, and white tones create a cheerful composition. A similar pattern is repeated on the narrow end of the obi.
