Festive Japanese kimono coat haori with a family crest - metallic smoke clouds
A festive, eye-catching haori coat, usually worn with a kimono. It can be styled as well with western style clothing. Sparkling "majolica" style fabric will be great for elegant events or celebrations.
"Majolica" refers to a style of fabric, usually with a Western-style patterns, and finished with a metallic or a sparkly thread.
This haori is decorated with a sparkly, silver pattern imitating wandering smoke, on a contrasting black background. Golden and red accents add a dash of color.
On the back, there is a single family crest kamon.
Haori is open at the front. There are two small loops on the sides, allowing for a decorative short string to be attached.
Due to the fabric used, the coat is slightly on the heavier and thicker side.
The lining is slightly yellowed due to the age of the item.
