An elegant Nagoya obi. It's the most popular obi type, being partially folded, allowing for easier tying. It is usually tied into a simple "taiko musubi" knot.
This one is made of roughly spun, thicker fabric (possibly cotton) in vibrant red, orange, yellow, and green shades. The repeating pattern depicts round red dahlia flowers surrounded by some yellow and orange clone leaves. Please note, this is a vintage item.
