Reversible Japanese hanhaba obi - light blue and yellow with traditional red patterns (B grade)
A unique obi in contrasting shades. The top fabric is in a light blue color, adorned with contrasting red, star-like "hemp leaf" pattern and images of clouds. The reverse side is in a light yellow shade, with delicate diagonal stripes.
Hanhaba obi is a more casual obi, originally half the width of a fukuro obi. Often worn with a casual summer yukata.
Please note, this is a vintage item. Due to improper storage, on the yellow side there are patches of light yellow moisture stains. These are not immediately visible. The blue side is in a good state.
Due to this flaw, the price is reduced.
