A playful backless top made from an authentic Japanese furoshiki – a square cloth used to transport items, as well as to wrap gifts in a traditional way.
This top will be perfect for a summer outfit, to be worn on its own, or on top of a dress shirt. It can be styled also on top of a swimming suit.
The fabric is slightly textured.
"Rain season" features vibrant, fairytale like rainy scene typical to Japanese June, with cloudy skies, water droplets, a rainbow, hydrangea flowers, and a frog sleeping on a lotus leaf. There are also depicted two bunnies wearing yukata, hiding under traditional umbrellas. Purple border is decorated with the images of teru-teru bozu dolls, good weather charms. The straps are in soft pink, yellow, and blue shades.
"Red camellias" is an elegant pattern composed of Japanese red- and white camellias and dark green foliage. The straps and borders are in deep wine red color.
The straps are adjustable, making the tops fit multiple sizes. They can be also replaced with a different fabric, ribbon, or even a chain. The neckline can be styled in different ways- either straighten up, making it wider, or pinched, creating rounded shape.
It can be washed in a washing machine. Cold washing with similar colors is recommended.
