Vintage Japanese slim wallet /kaishi ire - salmon pink with golden and mint flowers

An elegant, sparkly wallet made in Japan. Such items are traditionally used with kimono, kept between lapels of the garment.
The wallet is made of a thin jacquard, with golden, light and dark pink, and mint decoration.
The sides are laced with orange thread. The lining is orange as well.

Inside, there are two pockets - one is lined with waterproof paper.

Size ca 18x11cm.
