Vintage kimono handbag for children - golden and red with a flock of cranes

An authentic vintage bag worn with kimono on official occasions. Such bags were used by little fashionistas during their "Shichi-go-san" ceremony, a holiday celebrating milestones in children lives.

Cute vivid red handbag, on short chain strap. A flock of crane birds symbolizes longevity and good luck. Finished with metallic thread.
Inside is bright red.
With some patience and help of pliers, the chain can be replaced if needed.

The bag is rigid, with gold-colored clasp. There are some small scratches, chips, and spot discoloration on the metal parts. One side of the bag is slightly lighter, than the other- it probably faded due to its age. Please check the last two photos for the details.

The bag is small, but will fit a couple of personal items, such as a lip gloss, pack of tissues, or a credit card.
