Vintage silk obi ornamental cushion - square
A small decorative cushion made of authentic silk obi. The edges are finished with hand sewn obijime- twisted cord used to decorate obi when worn with a kimono. The back is made of black silk obi, adorned with black floral and geometric patterns.
Size 30x30cm. Filled with a new fluffy polyester.
Depending on a cushion, obijime is either silk, or silk/cotton/rayon mix.
Available in 5 variations:
-bright red maple leaves over a golden bridge, on a black background; rope in a bright red shade.
-metallic chrysanthemum flowers and paulownia leaves on a olive green and rose gold background; rope in burgundy.
-bright hexagons with golden kamon patterns, on a black background; rope in black. This obijime is made of cotton/rayon mix, so tassels on the corners are not a fluffy.

Please note, these items are made of a vintage fabric. Small imperfections, such as a pulled thread, or slight discoloration of the fabric, might occur.
