An indispensable item for all tea ceremony lovers. A set of two tiny pouches, usually kept in futokoro (between kimono and your chest). The smaller one contains a piece of fragrant wood; the bigger one is intended for storage and transport of leftover food and sweets, or used kaishi paper. Of course, it can be used to carry all kinds of small items.
The smaller one is made of beige and dusty pink jacquard fabric. The lining is in deep purple. The bottom is rigid. It can be fastened with its vivid orange string.
Size: ca diameter 6cm, height 3cm.
The bigger one is made of synthetic, waterproof fabric – vivid orange on top, with chrysanthemum flower pattern, and white on the inside. The pouch is unused, but due to the age, there are few yellow spots inside.
Size ca diameter 11cm. Can be stored flat.
Both pouches come with their original paper boxes.
