Collection: Yukata (summer kimono)
A yukata (浴衣, literally 'bathrobe') is a lightweight unlined cotton kimono, typically worn in informal situations such as summer festivals and visits to local bathhouses.
The term translates directly to 'bathing cloth,' and yukata were initially used as bathrobes; however, their contemporary application is much more extensive, making them a frequent sight in Japan during the summer months.
While traditional yukata are primarily indigo and white, modern variations often showcase vibrant, multicolored patterns and are designed to be machine washable.
