A humorous and cute figurine of a small child in an oversized kimono jacket, puffing their cheeks. It is a modern version of the "selfless child" motif – popularised by, among others, artist such as Kome Jiichi in the early Showa era – which expresses the state of Zen-like enlightenment of an innocent child.
The metal cast item is quite heavy for its size. The surface was treated to produce green and golden shades. There are few scratches on the body, showing the black color of the metal underneath the paint.
