Hanhaba obi is a more casual obi, originally half the width of a fukuro obi. Often worn with a casual summer yukata.
Plain synthetic obi are popular and affordable choices for simpler summer outfits.

The obi are made of single ply of fabric. The edges are fused, not sewn.
