Unique vintage Japanese zori - beaded metallic blue and purple

A vintage and unique pair of zori, traditional kimono shoes, decorated with glass beads.

Similar items were poplar in Japan in the 80s and 90s among young women dressing up for official occasions, such as celebrating becoming an adult, or graduating from a university.

This pair is made of a metallic patent leather, with the insoles and straps adorned with glass beads in different shades of blue and purple.

The shoes can be used as intended, but you can also mix and match it with evening attire or more casual Western-style clothing. Due to eye-catching design and vintage style, the items will work great also as a decoration. We have a matching bag on sale as well!

The shoe soles are made of leather. The pair seems to be barely used. The sides and tops of the shoes are in good condition. The metal parts on the soles are rusted. One bead is mismatched. Please review the photos carefully before making a purchase.
