Kaku obi are narrow and long obi sashes, usually worn by men. Hakata ori refers to a traditional weaving technique, originating in Hakata city (now part of Fukuoka).
It is decorated with an easily recognizable geometric pattern.
This one is very casual, in a navy blue shade with simple white and blue decoration.
It is reversible - geometric decoration is on one side, while the other side is plain, with a single white stripe.
In good condition. No visible damage.
