An authentic tanmono – traditional fabric roll of kimono fabric. Originally intended to be sewn into a yukata, it can be used for any kind of project.
The first few meters of the fabric is stained with a huge number of small, light yellow, and brown, moisture stains. I do not know if these can be removed. There might be more of such stains deeper inside the roll. Please check the photos carefully before purchasing.
The fabric is a cotton and linen (30%) mix. The background is in a shade of light ivory, with thin, horizontal purple stripes, with a pattern depicting red dragonflies flying among some purple foliage.
Original paper tags and basting stitch are attached.
The original plastic wrap is slightly damaged.

Can be washed. Washing in cold water, with delicate detergent, is recommended. It might bleed the dye for a few first times. Please proceed with caution.
